Fees generally incurred: Customer hereby authorises Ace Answering Service to charge the credit card account provided on the Joining Customer Agreement (or other credit cards or facilities provided) for invoiced amounts monthly or for any amounts owed under this Agreement including but not limited to, past due balances, restoration of the deposit if applicable, or as a result of any other fee incurred by Ace Answering Service.4.1 Payment due upon invoice: Customer will pay for services provided here under by invoices submitted to customer by Ace Answering Service. Charges for basic monthly services are billed for metered services (such as inbound/outbound or connected calls) and are billed in arrears. Customer shall make full payment within 21 days from date of invoice.
4.2 Timed / Per-Minute Billing: Where services are billed on a timed or per-minute basis, chargeable operator handling time is calculated using the handling time associated with each answered call, including operator Talk Time and After Call Work (ACW) required to complete the call or associated processing. Chargeable operator handling time is calculated separately for each call and rounded up to the next whole minute.
Time spent by a caller waiting to be connected to an operator is not included in the chargeable operator handling time. However, telecommunications, carrier or usage charges may apply during the overall call duration, including time spent in an IVR, queue or other telephony services, where applicable.
Call durations displayed in operational call logs or reports may include IVR, waiting, queueing or other call-processing periods and therefore may differ from the chargeable operator handling minutes shown on an invoice.
